Easy to handle, great for smaller hands

A daily driver for the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic knife for your kitchen. It does many things well, and most things superbly. I find that a knife of this size and heft is the one that I reach for first for most of my cutting tasks. Sure, you need a little one for delicate tasks, and occasionally a Mongo one. But this is as close to a do-it-all knife as they come. Highly recommended!
