[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using subpar knives for my entire adult life, having an honest to goodness, top quality chef's knife is an absolute delight! I actually enjoy prep work again! It slices through whatever I'm working on like it's going through butter. Very worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a small woman, I have never found using my large 8 inch Four Star chef knife to be comfortable. The size, weight, and handle profile as well as material was just not comfortable. I have other Pro and Four Star knives. I found myself using my 5.5 inch Pro utility knife rather than my chef knife, which is what made me decide to purchase this new chef's knife. I enjoy the feel of the handle profile and the material of the Pro much more that the Four Stars. Also by going down 1 inch from an 8 inch to a 7 inch knife, the knife is a little smaller and lighter making it perfect for a smaller female hand. I am delighted that I decided to purchase this smaller Pro chef knife. I love everything about it and it is now my new favorite knife.

After purchasing the great 4-Star paring knives, I bought this to fill a gap for medium size cutting needs. Wow! What a wonderful product - one of the best knives I have ever purchased. The weight, balance, shape of the handle & tang give a feeling of effortless control even for tough cuts. The functional blade shape combined with Zwilling’s remarkable steel have instantly made this my go-to kitchen cutting tool. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny.
