Amazing Knife! Up to any task

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So balanced and sharp! I have always been a fan of Japanese knives… until now. This knife sliced through like a razor blade, without the fragile feeling of a narrow edge on the board. Its stable, powerful, and the 7” slim version is perfect for the type of knife work I do, great all around knife thats going to be my new go-to! I feel like it has the positive qualities of both Utility and Chef knives in one package.

A stunning knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been cooking for decades and never invested in quality cutlery, until now. This is a wonderful knife - it feels strong in your hand and its heft is quite nice. I love that the blade is a solid piece - I'm not worried about it coming apart years from now. It slices and chops very cleanly, and no excessive sawing needs to happen. Looking forward to adding more Zwilling knives to my kitchen.
