Really Nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit, I’ve gotten more snobbish when it comes to my choice in cutlery over the years, so I was looking for something that was full tang, with a wood or at least, not plastic handle, made in the US, Europe or Japan. This knife was a perfect. I wasn’t keen on the price at first but given the durability and the ease at which I can put a razor sharp edge back on the blade with my steel, it’s well worth the cost. I liked it well enough that I went back and bought a pairing knife as well!
