Size and feel is perfect for a smaller hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a small woman, I have never found using my large 8 inch Four Star chef knife to be comfortable. The size, weight, and handle profile as well as material was just not comfortable. I have other Pro and Four Star knives. I found myself using my 5.5 inch Pro utility knife rather than my chef knife, which is what made me decide to purchase this new chef's knife. I enjoy the feel of the handle profile and the material of the Pro much more that the Four Stars. Also by going down 1 inch from an 8 inch to a 7 inch knife, the knife is a little smaller and lighter making it perfect for a smaller female hand. I am delighted that I decided to purchase this smaller Pro chef knife. I love everything about it and it is now my new favorite knife.

Knife with an “edge”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a great size for daily meal prep. Light weight and perfectly balanced. I learned about this knife during a Knife Skills Class. Being able to use it in class gave me an appreciation for its quality. Well worth the price.

Yea, I broke down and bought the Pro to replace cheaper Zwilling knives and there is a difference. Absolutely flawless and I mean razor sharp. I like to sharpen my own but could never come even close so it must be the German steel and fabrication that makes the difference. I am sold on Zwilling products.
