My First Zwilling Knife

It has the perfect weight and balance and keeps a great edge with just a few passes on a honing rod with each use. The quality of the one piece forged blade and tang cannot be overstated. This is definitely not my last Zwilling purchase!

Excellent knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using Zwilling’s chef knife at my daughter’s house, I knew I needed one too. It cuts so easily. No more strong arm cutting meat. The knife does the work. One word of advice from experience, use caution around that very sharp blade.

Greater starter knife

Be warned though: the metal is thin and can easily break. I went to smash a clove of garlic and the knife broke in half… on garlic!
But I love the knife and got it again.
