A value brand,! A great knife!

This is a value brand knife, Forged Premio is durable, comfortable in my hand, a forged blade resilient to rusting and corrosion and sharp knife. With proper care, you'll enjoy this knife for life. Santoku is Asian style, perfect for chopping and slicing meat, vegetables and fruits. Hollow edge makes it more easier to separate steel and food, it is less messy and it is dishwasher safe.

Excellent blade for chopping, slicing and mincing. The 5 inch size is an easy pick up for all fruits and vegetables. This a very sharp, light weight and balanced blade. The contour handle is very comfortable. Love the classic three rivet look with the silver cap.

The Santoku is a good all-around knife for all those chopped veggies - mirepoix, peppers, squash, eggplant and even potatoes! Nice to know the veggies will not stick, so no need to wipe them off the blade with your fingers! The 5" is sometimes easier and lighter to handle than the 7", or for smaller hands. Great knife for the price!

This Little Guy Packs a Powerful Slice

This knife, while super cute, will cute through any vegetable in its way. Made with German Steel it it durable and sharp. The hollow edges move the food away from the knife which makes your task go quicker.

Great all around knife

I love using this knife because it is very comfortable to use because the handle is curved to fit into my hand well and the blade is so sharp that it can get through anything I try to cut. I love the classic black and metal design and the ovals on the side make it so that the food doesn't stick to the sides of the knife while I'm cutting.
