Carve it up in style. This contrasting color carving knife, looks as nice as it slices. Works well for any holiday or family dinner. Great price for a great knife.

Contemporary looking carving knife in all stainless for slicing large portions of meat. Well balanced with forged bolster and contoured handle for added control. DIshwasher safe.

The 8 inch carving knife is a knife that you need for carving/slicing. This knife has a fully forged bolster for extra durability and a sleek handle. Love the modern look!

Decided to retire my electric knife because it took up so much room in my small kitchen, and rarely used it. Traded up to the Graphite 8" Carving knife, and I am glad I did. This knife just glides through roasts, chicken, turkey and hams.
The one piece construction makes this carver extra durable. The sharp blade helps produce beautiful cuts. Love the thin deli slices I get on my roast beef, turkey, and ham.
Easy clean up is something else I appreciate, just throw it in the dishwasher when I am done. Glad I made the swich.

A go-to slicer!

Great knife for meat slicing or carving, can also be used for vegetables and fruits for its size. There's not much difference from the Chef knife functionality however it is thinner blades for carving/slicing is much easier and versatile. This knife contours individual chef preferences. Perfect for for exploring cooks for indoor, outdoor, camping and this is my go-to knife for oversize food. It is fully-forged bolster forged blade, high quality German steel and excellent durability and well balance. Blades satin-finished blade produces precision cuts and is honed for long-lasting sharpness. Rounded almost D-shaped satin-finished handle contoured for comfort in my hand while cutting food and it is gorgeous with stainless steel end cap stamped logo for finishing touch and stability of this knife. Dishwasher safe, so cleaning is a breeze.

This is a great value for a stylish and durable carving knife. I have lived without a carving knife, and with one, living with a good carving knife makes your carving-life so much better. This knife is made of German steel and is quite lightweight, which means easy handling and carving.
