Nice looking carving knife

The aesthetic of the Graphite Carving knife is really sleek. This German stainless steel forged carving knife is really great to use for slicing meats, fish large produce like pumpkins. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while slicing foods.

With its very modern sleek design, this line of all metal knives is excellent. The quality of the steel, the workmanship of the fully forged blades with integrated bolster makes the knife comfortable and easy to work with whether you’re cooking for one or prepping for a banquet. These knives are well worth the money. Comfortable handle with a little heft to it for good tactile feel to it.
This carving knife glides as it slices. Thick or thin, rare or well done, the sharp edge performs. Easily maintained. Hone regularly, sharpened only when needed. These knives will keep their edge. Dishwasher safe.

Carving with a modern flair

Graphite is forged from German steel which gives it great weight and balance, and improves the hardness of the steel which results in very good edge retention. The sleek gray handle design adds a modern flair to a traditional knife. The blade is very sharp and will make you look forward to slicing a turkey, ham or roast.

A beautiful and lightweight 8" carving knife that does the works of its heavyweight counterparts. Slices and glides right through your best cuts of meat to give you thin,
delicious slices of ham, prime rib, roast or turkey. The sleek and modern graphite grey curved handle gives a good grip and provides nice balance. A nice carving knife at a value price.

A Nice Extra for the Holidays

So we always need several carving knives for our holiday buffet so I ordered this one.
Made from German Steel it is durable and sharp. I love how the handle fits into your hand, make for a nice grip especially if your using any pressure to get through big pieces of meat. Fits into any table decor.

Graphite series knives are a great way to get a knife forged from high quality stainless steel at a vale price. The full stainless steel design is easy to clean and has a beautiful contemporary look. These knives are light weight and comfortable to hold. The blade of a carving knife is long and slim to give you those nice thin cuts of roast. Carving knives are also good for cutting cakes and pastries.
