The unique scalloped cutting edge of this knife glides effortlessly through hard crusty breads and the firm outer rind of fruits and vegetables. The Kramer contoured handle and curved blade allow the blade to cut through to the cutting board without any interference from your knuckles. Makes perfect slices without tearing.

Part of Bob Kramers stunning Damascus knife line this bread knife is not only a piece of art but extremely versitile as well. Of course it's great for slicing bread, really bites into the crust and the weight of the knife practically slices the bread for you. But this can also be used to slice a brisket or flank steak and cuts through a cake like it's butter.

I love this bread knife and it slices without a tear, just a nice smooth slice. The handle fits nicely in my hand and the linen micarta is stunning. The handle is water resistant but this knife should not go in the dish washer, ever! The damascus design is a chevron pattern which never get old to look at!

This is one of the most beautiful knives with the incredible dark, Damascus design. I love having it displayed on my magnetic bar for everyone to see.
The blade is curved and has an amazing serration that slices through the crustiest loaf with ease; no smashing or tearing. The handle is big and comfortable, plenty of knuckle clearance perfect for large loaves or even a large melon.

This bread knife is made from SG2 micro-carbide powder steel and has been ice-hardened which means a scalpel-like sharpness, stays sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan. The SG2 core is protected by a beautiful 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern. The handle is made from black linen Micarta and fits comfortable into your hand. My favorite thing about this knife is the shape of the blade. It slices through even the toughest crumb with out damaging the inside of bread.

The name Bob Kramer says it all! You know you are getting top-of-the-line and excellent quality when you buy one of these. His Euroline knives come with 101-layer Damascus steel that gives you super-sharp blade, durability, with the Cryodur ice-hardening process. That means it stays sharp and will not rust or chip over time. Comes with a black linen Micarta handle, that looks like wood, yet is so comfortable to grip.
