Great utility knife

This is a great skinnier blade rather than having to use a chef. I like that it’s not as long as a carving knife, and that I can get closer slices. A lighter weight, this forged blade does a great job staying sharp longer for clean slices.

You can never go wrong with having a quality 6" utility knife in your cutlery collection. This Four Star version has such a comfortable handle and the durable blade stays nice and sharp for a long time. This knife is perfect for tackling any medium sized foods that are too big for a paring knife and a little too small for a chef's knife.

Love my Four Star set. It's lightweight, comfortable, super sharp, durable. Made in Germany says it all! This knife is such a nice-in between size. When you don't need a chef knife but a paring it too small. So glad it was included in the set.

All Around Blade

This utility knife is a great all around blade. Perfect maneuverability for when a chef's knife is too cumbersome and a paring knife is not quite large enough. Four Star is made in Germany with a molded handle. A nice weight and long lasting edge retention.

Great for slicing and carving!

With this 6" utility knife, I can control the knife better and not overwhelmed with the size.This knife is forged from a single piece of solid steel, well balance, and well made German steel knife. Four star has 3./4 tang and ergonomic polypropylene handles permanently bonded for seamless accuracy and gaps. This knife is laser-controlled edge is incredibly sharp and durable.

This is a very useful knife designed for slicing vegetables and proteins on a lighter scale.
This is an alternative to the heavier weighted chefs knife. Perfect for slicing chicken and meat for stir fry's. This is a sharp and durable blade. the handle is smooth and comfortable. Well worth having this knife in your collection.
