Four Star is made in Germany, forged from high carbon German steel and is guaranteed to last a lifetime just like the Pro knife. Its fine edge is razor sharp and will have amazing edge retention. The molded handle is the perfect solution for someone who prefers a lighter knife but doesn't want to sacrifice quality.
This utility knife with its shorter 6" blade is perfect for someone who finds 8" to be too much. It's a great knife for cutting up fruits and vegetables or slicing through small cuts of meat.

Utility says it all, this knife can do any job in the kitchen. Its made from German Special Formula Steel, also forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. Its also ice hardened so blade will stay sharper for a longer period of time. The handle is comfortable and lightweight, a nice option compared to other heavy handle knives.
