[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife. I was so excited when o got it. It was the sharpest knife I’ve had. Everything was cut with ease. I had no problems with it for 2 years.

Best knife I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife wanted a good chef’s knife and the Myabi Evolution was recommended. Beautiful knife and it is so sharp and cuts through everything. It makes all of our other knives look like butter knives.
