best of both worlds

I had always admired Japanese cutlery but did not like the feel of the typical rounded handles. Thats why I love this line. The Japanese crafted blade is super sharp. The thin cutting edge gives me the thin accurate slices i have been looking for. The craftsmanship is evident in every inch. The watermarking on the blade is a sign of true Japanese cutlery heritage. The steel is very hard and easy to resharpen. The western style handle gives me the comfort and confidence i have not previously found with Japanese cutlery.
