Quality blade with great weight and balance

Great quality knife that will last! I’ve purchased lesser knives in the past thinking I didn’t want to spend as much but they never lasted. The overall amount I spent is much higher than if I’d just bought the good knives in the first place!
Love the weight, balance, sharpness and construction of this. I have a Japanese chefs knife and while it’s very nice, it’s not my go-to because I prefer the weight and relative heft of a German blade. This is perfect for me!
