These knife it's amazing for almost everything u can in kitchen the ergonomic and precision in every sharpness cut feeling the sensation from the balance, and I see the durability in the materials include obviously take care in every washing and keep clean and sharp always

The difference between Pro and Four Star lines are quite noticeable! Better balance and seems to be stronger steel for the blade.
