[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is well balanced and has great craftsmanship. It also has enough weight on it. It feels good to cut with and I am a lefty so it is hard to find a knife that suits me.

One of the best I’ve used

It works fantastically for both high-volume work and home cooking, both keeping it’s sharpness and keeping my hands from cramping, and is the best knife I’ve used to date.

The ergonomics are unbeatable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just after a little bit of use I could notice a considerable difference between this and my previous knifes. I was a little scared of using it at first because how sharp it was but when you hold the knife is so well designed it is almost impossible to cut yourself. You have absolute control and this is what I love the most.

It's very well made and very sharp and the perfect tool for anything that is needed in the kitchen. This is my first zwilling knife and it will definitely not be my last! Would definitely recommend.
