[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great utility knife I use for many smaller tasks that a full-size chef’s knife would be too big for. It’s very sharp, well balanced, and fits comfortably in my hand. Cook’s Illustrated recommended this knife, and I agree with them.

Brilliant for delicate veggies

Prepping tomatoes and other prone to smushing veggies is a breeze and makes the presentation gorgeous with this knife. I couldn’t be happier with the product and should have bought this nice set years ago.
