This utility knife has so much balance that it is great. It retains its edge and stays sharp throughout constant wear and tear. It’s ergonomically the best choice for the job for intimate cuts. The curve in the blade helps glide through vegetables.

Lightweight and ergonomic. It’s so nice to have something smaller than a chef’s knife for quick prep, but bigger and more versatile than a paring knife.

Perfect size for prepping vegetables! The blade fits nicely in my hand, is easy to control and does a great job with every day kitchen prep. The knife is very comfortable to use and a great all-around knife.
