Fast, Clean, Easy Cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this blade is that it’s truly the Jack of all trades in my kitchen. Not to disparage my other knives, but I can usually handle 100% of my needs with this bad boy. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is smaller than a chef's knife so it is lighter and easier to maneuver. But it is larger than a pearing which is great for many tasks.
