Great little knife

I absolutely love this knife! I grab it whenever I am cutting anything from slicing up an apple, chopping garlic, and slicing shallots and oranges. I find it much easier to maneuver than longer knives, so this is my go to knife. I also have pretty small hands and the handle fits into my hand better than a larger knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super sharp, super useful prep knife... Angled bolster helps you get in there! Best thing, however, is knuckle space for staying on cutting board.

This is the perfect knife for people who do not like working with a larger knife. You can do so many tasks with the prep knife and with the curved bolster, you can work for extended periods of time without any wrist fatigue. A win-win!

My favorite knife

I love everything about this knife. The quality German forged blade and design are just the beginning. I love the curved bolster....it is so comfrtable in my grip. The size is aboslutly perfect. Larger than a paring knife, smaller than a chef/santoku. It really meets most of my food prep needs. Also having the handle of set unlike a pairing knife it is great for in hand work as well as on a cutting board.

This knife came part of a block set I purchased, and I am so glad it was included. It looks just like a mini chefs knife, and can do the same things.
I use it for smaller slicing, dicing, mincing and chopping jobs in the kitchen. I love the curved bolster which makes it so comfortable to hold, and the full tang adds the weight that makes it feel very secure in my hand. Hard to believe I would prefer using this knife over an 8" chefs knife, but I really do!
