Great Utility Knife

The Prep Knife is a great design for anyone who doesn’t like to use the larger Chef Knife. The curved bolster lets you get a pinch grip, which is the best way to hold a knife. I really like the angle of the blade, as it lets me use a rocking motion while cutting.

This truly is the ultimate prep knife. You will never want to use another prep knife after using this one. The curved bolster provides comfort and control while the blade just slides through any food. It stays sharper longer and makes prep work fun and easy.

Great Inbetween Knife

The Pro prep knife is a perfect inbetween knife. Size permits me to use it as a paring/utility knife for something small, while the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board.

The best little big knife

I gave this prep knife as a gift to a family member and they love it. The blade is just big enough to cut large product, and is great for cutting anything that doesn’t necessarily need to be cut with a large blade like a Chef knife. The bolster is really great to help grip the knife with ease, and it's just a knife you don’t know you need until you use it.

I love to use this knife while preparing foods that are just a bit too big for my paring knife.
I just used it recently for eggplant, zucchini,. and leeks. Super comfortable and sturdy!!

So much more than a parer

This knife is all about doing that smaller work with proper knuckle clearance. Most of us pull out a paring knife to do the little jobs. The size and shape of the paring knife is not made for chopping which is why every kitchen needs this prep knife. I use this knife every day for chopping shallots, garlic, cutting apples and citrus.
