5.5 Prep Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife was sharp out of the box. Metal spline was a little thinner than I was expecting, but, being that it is a prep knife, it may be an advantage for thin slicing. Good feel and balance. Light weight.

Great knife, very sharp and a good size to handle most finer prep work but it also works well for finesse jobs. The wife likes it as well as it isn't intimidating like the chefs knives can be.
