Best Knife Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to knife for almost everything. What this knife cannot do due to its size, I use the 8 inch version. This knife gets used multiple times a day and the blade continues to hold up. Love this product and would highly recommend.

5.5 Prep Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife was sharp out of the box. Metal spline was a little thinner than I was expecting, but, being that it is a prep knife, it may be an advantage for thin slicing. Good feel and balance. Light weight.
