[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great knife for smaller jobs like dicing onions, celery, carrots when a bigger chef knife seems clumsy. I would highly recommend this knife, It is sharp and well made.

This knife came part of a block set I purchased, and I am so glad it was included. It looks just like a mini chefs knife, and can do the same things.
I use it for smaller slicing, dicing, mincing and chopping jobs in the kitchen. I love the curved bolster which makes it so comfortable to hold, and the full tang adds the weight that makes it feel very secure in my hand. Hard to believe I would prefer using this knife over an 8" chefs knife, but I really do!
