I love these brand these brand for the balance, the durability and the ergonomic for handle, when cut any food the precision in every cut its amazing, too sharpness for use in everything you need

The only thing I could fault with this knife is the handle. It's definitely for a smaller hand.
The knife is sharp, is at a decent price point and will be perfect for some users looking for a smaller knife

Great knife, very sharp and a good size to handle most finer prep work but it also works well for finesse jobs. The wife likes it as well as it isn't intimidating like the chefs knives can be.
