I have totally converted my collection to the Zwilling Pro knifes and without any regret. This Prep knife has proven to be just as competitive in the kitchen as the others. Perfect weight and size with the expected solid performance.

I received this knife as a gift from my wife and I absolutely love it. The design is comfortable and ergonomically correct to allow for hours of prep work. We just hosted Christmas dinner and I was not looking forward to slicing a crate full of tomatoes but with knife I made was able to slice and dice over 60 tomatoes in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for making this amazing piece of culinary equipment!

The fact that the knife edge goes all the way down the length of the blade is great! Makes maintaining the edge super easy and the shape of the blade is perfect. The best size for a prep knife. Simply a delight!

We've had this knife for about a month and really enjoy using it. It is a versatile size, useful for cutting a variety of firm and soft items, from acorn squash to tomatoes. I stroke it on a honing steel every few days and it stays nice and sharp. I understand that actual sharpening only needs to be done a couple of times a year, so at some point I will buy a sharpening stone.

What a sweet prep knife. Slicing, garnishes, fine julienne, chiffonade, fine dice. This is the knife friends reach for when cooking at my house. It's size isn't intimidating and the shape makes it stable for working with larger fruits and vegetables. The fine edge is super-sharp!

Not as intimidating as a chef knife but larger than a paring knife. Blade is deep enough to use on a board without your knuckles hitting the board. My friend used a paring knife for everything but she has now upgraded to the prep and loves it.
