Sharp and Nimble!!!

Quartering chicken a breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes quick work of the toughest tasks like quartering a chicken. Just separated about 7 lbs of bone-in chicken into individual pieces. It was like slicing through mashed potatoes. Nothing finer than a Zwilling Pro. So perfectly weighted to the hand, no hand or wrist fatigue here with these tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This knife is sharp and heavy! We’re so excited to prep with a good quality knife. We tried it on a lemon and had to apply almost no pressure to slice right down the middle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Zwilling knife was a Professional S Santoku that I bought 10 years ago. I’ve been adding to my set over time and couldn’t be happier with each addition. This prep knife is a joy to use and I know it will last for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought me the zwilling pro chef's knife, it is my favorite knife ever, later I had the opportunity to use the prep knives in a store and was completely blown away. They are unlike any other knives I know of, in terms of blade shape and usefulness. I continue to collect zwilling pro knives and I definitely recommend you do the same.
