Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great compliment to the chef knife since its smaller and thinner, which makes it great for more delicate cutting. It also takes up less space when chopping up just a few things for a snack.

Best prep knife ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this prep knife and it cuts so nice. The handle is not heavy or light it’s a great fit and slices my veggies and meats so well. Love the quality of the cut so far and heard from the lady I bought it from that she had hers well over 15 years and loves it till this day. To me that’s says a lot and that sold me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother swears by this knife. She said this was the one knife to register for when getting married. For decades she used knives that were too dull for the tasks and left her with sore fingers and wrists. This knife cuts prepping time in half in the kitchen. Thank you for such a terrific product!
