[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this prep knife. I bought the Zwilling Pro knife block set and it had this in it. I use it for so many things and loved it so much that I ordered another one! Very sharp and cuts anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a lot of time using this knife yet. But so far I am more than impressed by the look, feel, and how nimble the knife is.
I am by no means a professional. I simply cook at home and after using this knife I wish I had bought it years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a great all purpose utility, I like the weight and feel and the quality of the steel keeps the edge super sharp. This is not my wife’s favorite knife in the house
