Best gift I never knew I needed

Great, versatile knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the initial and continued sharpness of this knife and the feel in my hand. It has the perfect amount of heft while still feeling like it can be easily maneuvered. Very controllable and easy to use to make precise cuts. Length is perfect for slicing medium sized fruits and vegetables as well as trimming chicken or other smaller cuts of meat. I feel like I go to this knife more often than any of my others during my time in the kitchen.
