Perfect prep knife

I actually feel as though I have more control over my prep work than other knives. My chopping is faster and more precise, even though I’m a novice. As they say in Italy...Gracie Mille!

Great for smaller hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have smaller hands and find many chefs knives to be too large and unwieldy, while paring knives are too small for prepping most foods. This is a nice size in between, great for fruits and vegetables.
