Sharp, sits well in the hand, and lightweight enough to move easily during food prep. Would highly recommend.

I was tired of using cheap knives and decided I deserved to have a quality set of knives and after a lot of research I decided on Zwilling knives and I am not disappointed. They cut through anything like butter! I love it!
