Wow! What a knife!

I am by no means a professional. I simply cook at home and after using this knife I wish I had bought it years ago.

This knife is just the right size for chopping vegetables and any other jobs that are larger than a paring knife but smaller than the larger butcher or chopping knives. I chop veggies by rocking my knife. This one has the curved blade to do that and is easier for me to handle with my small hands. I highly recommend!
