[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This knife is sharp and heavy! We’re so excited to prep with a good quality knife. We tried it on a lemon and had to apply almost no pressure to slice right down the middle.

Quartering chicken a breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes quick work of the toughest tasks like quartering a chicken. Just separated about 7 lbs of bone-in chicken into individual pieces. It was like slicing through mashed potatoes. Nothing finer than a Zwilling Pro. So perfectly weighted to the hand, no hand or wrist fatigue here with these tools.
