Very sharp, but a little heavy. Aesthetically, I don’t like the tapering of the blade- wish it was even all the way across. But works well.

This knife is of excellent quality as expected of the Zwilling Pro line. The "Le Blanc" handle looks nice in person and feels great in the hand. I like the way the blade cuts through the crust of bread and finishes well through the bottom. This blade pattern does seem to cut better than the traditional repeating peak and valley blade designs of bread knives. 10/10 would recommend.

Great bread knife. Picked one up as a replacement for the one that came with my knife block and it's been an improvement in everyway. A 9" blade is a perfect balance of easy handling and usability as well managing to be comfortable in my tiny kitchen but still have enough length to handle any size of loaf I throw at it

Gorgeous knife that I've been looking forward to getting for a month. It's long and has good weight that make things easy to cut. The blade is sharp and has nice serration. There was a little bit of scuff on the handle, but not worth deducting a star for. Can't wait to complete my set!
