The best knife experience I’ve ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never sliced bread so thinly that is was almost see through. It gave the experience of eating high quality breads a beautiful experience. Each bread had different densities & textures, they all sliced like butter.

Phenomenal knife!

Phenomenal knife! Received this off my wedding registry! These are GREAT knives! Sharp, super comfortable in the hand and just overall beautiful. My only gripe is how much care is required to wash and dry them immediately, but that's mostly because I'm lazy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a new bread knife to replace a KitchenAid brand serrated knife I got six years ago, and my brother got this one for me as a gift. It’s a huge upgrade- the length means less sawing and it cuts through tough crust without making a crumbly mess. Very happy with it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blade looks simpler and less serrated than its Wusthof counterpart, but it actually cuts just as well, if not better. It is incredibly well balanced and satisfying to use, definitely worth it!!

Perfect (especially for dense breads)

The edge of the blade on this knife is unlike anything I've ever seen. It is pure magic for cutting baked goods with precision. I love making pure rye or spelt bread for its taste and health benefits. It is a very dense bread with a hard crust, but this knife allows for fantastic precision, no crumbles and thin slices. The price tag was a deterrent for me for a long time, but I finally got the knife and wish I would have done it sooner. It's perfect!

This is an excellent knife for crusty breads. It is also perfect for cutting biscotti without crushing and creating crumbs. Sharp and sleek. Thank you for such a nice addition to our kitchen
