I love the length of the blade as well as the weight. The handle is very comfortable and very well made with quality materials. I love a good serated blade for so many tasks.

I recently got into making sourdough and I got this bread knife as a gift. It cuts effortlessly through my sourdough without tearing it up. I feel like I’ve officially reached the next level in my sourdough era.
