[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sharp set of knives. Yes, I cut my finger on the first use. Exactly what I wanted. Yes, I learned my lesson lol. I have never had knives this good. I love to cook and these are great knives. You won’t regret buying these. Just be sure to take good care of them. Yes, it is true you can shave with these. That is how sharp they are.
