Love professional feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the weight of the knives. I never knew a knife could feel like this. All our knives were good but very light weight compared to these. I am also looking forward to ordering the steak knives and the Beechwood cutting board to work with as well. They are very sharp and feel great in hand. Recommend to anyone that cooks a lot.
