Great traditional German knife set

The Zwilling Pro “S” is a great traditional German knife collection. I like that it has a full bolster to protect my fingers from the blade. The high carbon stainless steel won’t tarnish over time and it’s constructed to be an extremely durable and sharp knife that will last for a long time. It’s a great essential assortment of knives in this set.

Fantastic set of knives, Pro "S" has that classic German look with the three rivets. My Grandparents have had these since the 60's and they still work as good as the day they purchased them.

A set that is compact however it has all a chef needs and perfect in your kitchen counter. This block includes variety knives, a boning knife, a fruit paring knife, santoku that is so useful for anyone who prefers a smaller chef knife, a bread knife and so on. It is incredibly sharp, precision-forged from a single piece of solid steel. It has sturdy bolster provides the right balance and acts as a finger guard for safety.

This Pro S block set features the best of the best classic German knives. 3 Rivet handle, full tang, German stainless steel that has been ice hardened and hand sharpened.

Classic design with all the necessary quality

Professional S is terrific line of knives. They feature a traditional straight bolster and a slightly smaller handle. As a result they are a little lighter than the new Pro line. I have owned one of these knives for years (more than 10). It has performed year in and year out, and I cook a lot. I sharpen it maybe twice a year. I always hand-wash all my knives, even though they are dishwasher safe; that's probably why mine looks almost new.
This set has just about every knife a person would need for a long, long time. The only thing it's missing is a carving set for the holidays.

The Pro S line of knives is top of the line, along with Pro knives. No need to purchase knives again! Has the most used knives, and then a few others, like the boning and utility, along with shears and honing steel. Well worth the price since it lasts a lifetime and you can pass them on. Quality and durability, along with edges that stay sharp, with some easy care.
