Lightweight and versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have many J.A. Henckels knives and sets. My Chinese meat cleaver finally gave out and chipped after almost 20 years. I decided to try this one. The price was not cheap but, knowing I have other products from them, I trusted it would be another quality product. And, so far, it is holding up well for cutting watermelon, meat, chicken, slicing veggies.
I hope it lasts for 20 years too!

This TWIN 7" cleaver is great for so many of your vegetable tasks. It glides right through those hard-to-cut veggies so the knife does the work, not you. Although it is stamped and lighter weight, you can feel the quality and that it has been made with the ice-hardening process, which makes for a sharper, more durable blade. The nice, curved handle gives a good grip and also comfort while cutting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Much like a meat cleaver this knife has a broad blade with a blunt end designed to chop large and firm vegetables with ease. A cleaver's design allows you to slice through to the cutting board without using a push and pull motion. The Twin Signature series has a unique curved handle that fits nicely into your hand and the full tang of steel that runs through to the end of the handle will give this knife a sturdy feel at the bolster even though it is stamped and not forged. A stamped knife has a lighter feel in the hand and with a super sharp edge you won't experience any cutting fatigue.

This lightweight knife is due to the stamped construction and helps support fatigue free cutting. This 7 inch chef knife/vegetable cleaver is super sharp and will do the work for you.

Vegetable cleavers are a nice addition to any kitchen knife collection. Goes through squash and other tough veggies easily. This stamped cleaver is made from premium ice hardened German steel for edge retention and corrosion resistance.

Perfect for big prep jobs! This knife is made from German Special Formula Steel, it is also forged from one piece of stamped steel so super durable. The blade can get through even the biggest vegetables like cabbage or melons. Handle is comfortable and stays comfortable even through the biggest kitchen jobs.

Super comfortable and weighted nicely for chopping vegetables, this is a very good cleaver for every day food prep. The sculpted handle is extremely popular among a wide range of people. The quality stamped steel will hold an edge and stand up to daily use. Hand was to keep it looking new.
