My new favorite knife!

Excellent veggie cleaver! This knife is high quality and well balanced and js perfect for quick slicing or chopping and scooping. The blade is thin so I would not recommend it on bones, but it does amazingly for slicing boneless meat.

Good heft and ease of handling for a home cook

I was looking for my first vegetable cleaver and this came in at a nice price point. It has a good weight to it, is sharp right out of the box, and makes very satisfying cuts. The packaging was lovely without being excessive. Overall, for a home cook, I am well pleased with my purchase, and my third Zwilling knife.

Best knife purchase ever

Love the preexisting and sharpness of the blade when cutting veggies for my soup and other meals. This is replacing my old, cheap vegetable cleaver that was not stainless steel so had rusted and the blade itself comes out of the handle.. Yikes! So my new vegetable cleaver is welcome not just for the superior performance and materials, but assisting because I know that it will never come apart like my old one did.
