This is a beautifully balanced chef's knife. Great for precise cuts through hard vegetables or cutting through joints breaking down poultry. It hold a great edge keeping it nice and sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a home cook, not a chef, but these knives make me feel like The Bear or better - I just brought them home and veggies julienned with ease, chicken cut like butter, and my tomatoes are like stained glass.
