Best Paring Knife Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle gives a high-quality feel, and the blade is beautiful. I always got frustrated when using a paring knife because when I use it to peel fruits, everything sticks to the blade. This one doesn't do that. The multiple layers form irregular surface on the blade which keeps things off. The super-sharp edge goes through whatever I use this knife on.

Great Paring knife

Got it to start a Miyabi set in Birchwood handle. Handle gives off a soft feeling, it is very comfortable to use. 3.5" is the perfect length to make quick cuts on anything palm sized.
I would recommend this to a friend!
