[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knife out of the box. Passes the paper test. Very pretty. I wish they hadn’t put a bunch of black text over the back side of the knife covering the pretty Damascus. Really cheapens what is an expensive (slightly overpriced) paring knife. I’ll enjoy it regardless.

The sharpest knives I've ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paring knife was extremely sharp coming right out of the box. I tested the ability to slice a single sheet of paper and it made a clean, smooth cut. I tested my other knives which I sharpen every time I use them and they all did not slice the paper like the Miyabi knive. This has become my favorite paring knife to use with small fruits and vegetables.
