[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Birchwood 7" Chef's knife and 2 days later, I bought this paring knife for myself. I absolutely love it. It handles the small stuff extremely well. Miyabi is the sharpest knive I used to date. Plus, the knives are beautiful.
