[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stunning knife and very sharp out of the box. Take a little time to protect the birchwood handle. Had to buy a magnetic block just to look at them while I’m in the kitchen, that’s how stunning they are!

So sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife along with the rest of the series are just unbelievably sharp. Sliced right through my brisket so easily I was able to do incredibly thin slices looking forward to using this for years to come

After receiving both sets in the same day, I can tell you that Miyabi set is way better quality, amazing craftsmanship with a lot of details and overall great looking knifes. I also love how it feels in a smaller woman’s hand.
