Beef, sushi, pork shoulder...nothing too tough for this one. Best Japanese SG2 steel starts and stays sharp. 100 wraps for stability and Damascus pattern brilliance.

Slicing the easy way

Bagels, breads, roasts, briskets, whole chickens, I haven’t found anything that makes the experience slicing with this knife anything less than amazing! Always a nice conversation piece when you break it out to carve the turkey amongst friends and family too.
