Good all purpose blade, feels good in hand not too heavy not too light, definitely my sharpest knife and best looking handle and blade construction.

Blade is beautiful, it’s like using a work of art. You feel like a Michelin star chef using it even for basic at home cooking.

I received this knife as a gift from my family, I have only used it a few times now, but every time I have used it I am pleasantly surprised by it's sharpness and how well it fits in my hand as I cut along. This isn't a lengthy review but I do enjoy it greatly.
