We were gifted this knife, along with the Miyabi pairing knife, and the Miyabi Santoku. They have been awesome! We apparently are also getting a free gift by leaving this review!

Beautiful Blade, New Favorite Knife

I had been using a quality MAC chef's knife for years, and my new Miyabi Kaizen II absolutely blows it out of the water! The handle and balance are perfect for my hand, and the blade is razor-sharp, making easy work of even the toughest produce. It has been a joy to do prep work with this beautiful knife. I will undoubtedly be purchasing more Miyabi knives in the future!

The Miyabi Kaizen chef knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box and stays that way far longer than any knife I’ve owned. It’s lightweight, perfectly balanced, and makes slicing effortless. The Damascus finish is beautiful, and the handle feels great in hand. Definitely a premium knife that’s worth it if you cook regularly.

This knife is my go to tool for the kitchen. It has a conformal light weight to it with a beautiful handle to grip. It is SHARP, cuts through just about anything. I look forward to cutting all my veggies with this knife. A must in every kitchen!

My product is amazing! It is my first quality knife and this thing is beyond expectations. I get precise cuts with amazing synergy with it. Weight it is perfect for me and the quality is spectacular. Will be keeping mine for years!

Good knife, light weight

Amazing knife for all purpose use in the kitchen. It is extremely sharp, so be careful and take lots of precaution when using it. This knife is also very light but is an all-around workhorse in the kitchen. Very cool designs on the blade. Make sure to take care of it per manufacturer instructions to ensure longevity.
