Sharp as a razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the knife is beautiful and looks great hanging on a wall as a “showpiece”. More importantly though it’s a great working knife. The blade is incredibly sharp and will slice through anything. The high carbon steel retains that sharpness even after prolonged use. The blade is thinner and lighter than traditional knives, which makes it easier to use and manipulate. The longer handle feels sturdy and balanced.

You can definitely tell that Miyabi knows what they’re doing, and the craftsmanship of the Kaizen ii is superb. Almost razor sharp out of the box and it cuts like a dream… my veggies no longer stand any chance with this at my side! Very very highly recommended!
