I received the 8" chefs knife for Christmas this year amd it is gorgeous. The handle is comfortable, the blade is sharp and it is easy to cut through carrots and tomatoes. I look forward to using this night for all my meal preparations.

We have had a 7 piece set of Henckels for over 30 years and we decided that it was time to upgrade our knives. It took over a year to decide which knives to purchase. We finally decided that ZWILLING was the best choice for us and we purchased several knives and we are very glad we did, however, I then had to purchase a bigger knife block to hold the beautiful new knives.

Packaged wonderfully and blade was very sharp upon opening. The pattern on the blade is beautiful and the handle is substantial without being too heavy. Very well constructed, seems like it will last a long time with proper care!
