Extemely shart and well balanced. This is my first knife of this quality. It is head and shoulders above the Henkles 4-star I have used for years

LOVE this knife. The handle feels so perfect and the blade slices right through steak and makes quick work of veggies. Since it arrived, I haven't used any of my other chef's knives.
